elevation views for long curved bridges

More OpenBridge content is needed. Especially dealing with non-idealized scenarios, like creating elevation views for long curved bridges.

Also, working through a full OpenBridge preliminary plan creation (plan view & elevation view on one sheet, and cross section view on a second sheet) complete with quantity summary published in the plan sheet would be VERY helpful!
